Responsibilities

• Physician Liaison including office visits, provider/staff education, management of practice/provider information, tracking, referrals, community outreach, and attending health fairs.
• Manage all aspects of marketing materials including ordering, creating, updating, and building new patient folders.
• Manage Patient Point and create content and marketing materials
• Prostate Cancer Support Group coordinator, conduct meetings at MVHN and MVHS, schedule speakers, and provide materials.
• Social Media positing, monitoring, and reporting items of concern.
• Monitor patient Satisfaction and online reputation by responding to and providing feedback as needed.
• IPCGD website updates, newsletter distribution, and provide physician education
• Foundation advertising, support, and assistance with events.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medical field. Oncology related experience preferred. This position also requires critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to plan and organize time.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience working with a Practice Management system.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position to provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders.
