Job Description

Responsibilities

Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for real-world marketing deliverables including creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning frameworks, and client-ready presentations.
Score AI-generated and human work samples against defined criteria, providing detailed written justifications for every evaluation.
Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible, defensible, and aligned with business objectives.
Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers to refine grading criteria and scoring methodology.
Evaluate creative briefs, campaign development, brand messaging, and integrated plans against business goals and brief requirements.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on strategic evaluation and creative judgment.
Fluency in evaluating marketing deliverables such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand positioning, and ad copy against defined briefs and objectives.
Exceptionally strong written communication skills with the ability to articulate precise, evidence-based reasons for scoring decisions.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to calibrate judgment against peer feedback and maintain consistency across evaluations.

Preferred

Experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a strong plus, though not required.
