Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The content calendar — Build and maintain the publishing calendar across all location handles, coordinating with the Director on campaign priorities and with the Content Producer on assets.
  • The review and reputation program — Own response quality, turnaround time, and reporting across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor for every location.
  • Listing accuracy brand-wide — Serve as the single point of accountability for hours, menus, photos, and details being correct everywhere a guest can find us.
  • Email execution — Own the build-to-send process in Mailchimp, including scheduling, testing, and post-send reporting.
  • Scheduling and publishing — Plan, schedule, and publish content across each location's handles, maintaining the content calendar.
  • Community management — Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and tags in the brand voice; flag opportunities and issues to the Director.
  • Review responses — Respond to all reviews across Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor for every location in a way that reflects the brand positively.
  • Escalation — Surface recurring service or operations themes to the Director and in the review reports.
  • Listing accuracy — Maintain all directory listings — hours, menus, photos, and details — across all locations and concepts.
  • Email production — Build and schedule emails in Mailchimp following email best practices, working in partnership with the Content Producer to design assets.

  • Able to manage many parallel deadlines across multiple locations without losing accuracy.
  • Comfortable working and adapting to a fast-moving operations environment.
  • Portfolio or examples of social accounts, emails, or graphics you personally produced.
  • Based on-site at our College Station corporate office; must live in or be relocating to the Bryan/College Station area.
  • Regular travel to our Houston, Austin, and Waco locations, plus new locations as they open. Roughly 3 days per month.
  • Occasional evening and weekend availability around events, shoots, holidays, and promotional launches.

  • Google Business Profile — Multi-location listing management, posts, photos, hours, and Q&A.
  • Google Workspace — Sheets, Docs, and Drive for calendars, trackers, and asset organization.
  • Review platforms — Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor response tools.
