Job Summary

Own cross-border B2B marketing that ties campaigns to client retention, product adoption and revenue while coordinating with Sales, Product and Tech for data accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Growth Ownership: Plan multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, content and thought leadership to drive client engagement.
  • Campaign & Analytics: Measure effectiveness with KPIs, CRM insights, and data feeds to inform executive decisions.
  • Coordination & Execution: Lead events, materials, and partnerships, align with Sales and product roadmaps, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with MTS business objectives.
  • Create European and local marketing plans supporting client retention, growth and product adoption.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, content and thought leadership.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials, presentations, case studies and client communications.
  • Plan and deliver client events, conferences, roundtables and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and business development activities.
  • Strengthen MTS’s market presence and client relationships.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs, analytics and CRM insights.
  • Provide performance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise return on investment.
