Job Summary
Own UK and Ireland marketing across brand, demand, product launches, and budget with a 360° remit in a fast-moving consumer environment.
- Ownership: Marketing plan for UK&I spanning brand, PR, trade, product launches, campaigns, events, digital, and paid media.
- People and process: Lead two direct reports and evolve structures, reporting, and agency management.
- Tech and metrics: Use Salesforce for campaign delivery, lead tracking, and sales alignment with KPI-driven optimization.
Job Description
- Own and deliver the UK & Ireland marketing plan, aligned to business and brand strategy
- Lead a full‑mix marketing remit, including:
- Brand, communications and PR
- Trade and customer marketing
- Product marketing and launches
- Campaigns and content
- Events (trade shows, customer and internal events)
- Digital marketing and paid advertising
- Manage and develop 2 direct reports, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team
- Build and improve marketing processes, structure and reporting
- Own and manage the marketing budget, including operational spend and occasional capital investment
