Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms
• Use AI tools to automate marketing workflows, scheduling, posting, lead follow-up, reporting, and other repetitive marketing tasks
• Operate and manage the company's marketing platforms, software, CRM tools, automation systems, and related programs
• Create and manage paid and organic social media campaigns
• Use AI to create professional advertisements, graphics, creative photos, videos, and other marketing content
• Develop creative AI-generated images and visuals that look professional and stand out on social media
• Write and develop marketing content using AI while maintaining a professional and authentic brand voice
• Build campaigns designed to generate leads, engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results
• Track campaign performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data
• Stay current with the newest AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and social media trends

Requirements

• hands-on experience using AI for marketing, not simply basic familiarity with ChatGPT
• comfortable using AI to automate marketing operations and workflows

Preferred

• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid advertising, AI content creation, and marketing automation is highly preferred
• Real Estate Experience
• Experience in real estate marketing is a major plus
