CAN Community Health (CAN), a not-for-profit, community-based organization with clinics in Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia, has provided specialized medical care for over 30 years. What began as a small health clinic founded by our trailblazer Susan Terry in 1991 off East Ave in Sarasota, FL, has now transitioned into a national healthcare organization serving those affected by HIV, STDs, and Viral Hepatitis. We provide the below services through Ryan White grants, STD prevention funding, the 340B Federal Drug Discount Program*, and philanthropic fundraising.
