  • Maintain strong visual standards and improve core templates across the company.
  • Use Adobe InDesign and related tools to create and update professional print and digital materials.
  • Coordinate with photographers, drone vendors, project teams, and outside partners to keep current project assets organized and ready for use.

  • Maintain working knowledge of CRM, contact data, email outreach, lead capture, and campaign reporting.
  • Review basic website, social, and email metrics and use the information to recommend practical next steps.
  • Use AI and technology tools to speed research, content preparation, reporting, and repeatable tasks while maintaining quality control.
  • Maintain a clear marketing priority list, project calendar, asset inventory, and recurring reporting format.
  • Gather information from construction, preconstruction, development, and executive teams, then turn it into clear marketing materials or a defined next step.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of relevant marketing, agency, communications, business-development, or brand experience. Agency, high-growth, high-volume, or similarly fast-paced experience is strongly preferred.
  • Real Adobe InDesign experience and a portfolio showing proposals, presentations, qualification packages, pitch decks, offering memorandums, or comparable professional materials.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including project communications, proposal writing, website copy, social content, or press releases.
  • Comfort with CRM, email marketing, website analytics, reporting, and campaign tools. Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, GA4, or comparable platforms is helpful.
  • Strong interest in AI, technology, and learning new tools. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to explain how you use technology to improve your work.
  • Ability to manage several priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly when information is incomplete.
  • Ability to research independently, ask focused questions, and turn a problem into a recommendation and next step.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, construction, industrial development, architecture, engineering, professional services, or a related B2B environment is helpful but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
