Responsibilities

• Monitor social channels and engagement, turning activity into a compelling story.
• Capture progress shots on-site, set up time-lapses, and photograph final images for use on websites, media features, and sales decks.
• Develop annual marketing calendar and identify projects, partnerships, and milestones for spotlight.
• Coordinate with PR partners, local organizations, and clients to align messaging and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales to transform archival photos and project details into polished presentations.
• Review and refresh the company website to reflect latest work and brand voice.
• Shape and manage the brand’s voice across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Plan upcoming campaigns and analyze analytics to determine resonance and adjust strategies.
• Partner with Design Studio to create visual assets that support storytelling and campaigns.
• Foster internal culture by connecting departments, recognizing contributors, and aligning around the brand direction.
