Responsibilities

• Photography: capture residents' events, homes, staff and open days on your own camera, ready for use across social, print and the website.
• Photo and video editing: turn that raw footage into polished, on-brand content for social media, the website and press.
• Canva design: create artwork for mailshots, email campaigns, brochures, posters and social graphics, keeping a consistent premium look across both homes.
• Plan and send email campaigns to existing customers and enquirers via our CRM systems, including seasonal offers and re-engagement sends.
• Set up and maintain automated email journeys, such as welcome emails to new families and post-stay review requests.
• Keep website offers, pricing and campaign landing pages current, briefing our web designer on changes.
• Plan and execute organic social media campaigns for both homes.
• Own and grow LinkedIn for Aura Care Living, including regular posting and profiles for key staff, and support LinkedIn activity for Illuma Care Consulting.
• Coordinate award submissions for both homes and for Illuma Care Consulting, gathering case material from Home Managers and the team.
• Keep press coverage and staff profiles up to date on the website, and support the Director's PR strategy for both businesses.

Requirements

• Marketing experience in a hands-on, generalist role, ideally in care, hospitality or another premium, service-led sector.
• Confident photographer with your own camera, comfortable shooting people, events and spaces on location.
• Practical skill in photo and video editing for social and web use.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for producing marketing artwork and mailshots.
• Experience planning and running organic social media campaigns, including LinkedIn.
• Confident, clear writer, comfortable with press releases, award submissions and campaign copy.
• Organised and self-directed, able to own a wide remit and prioritise without close supervision.

Preferred

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, Coolcare or Zendesk.
• Experience with PR or event planning in a regulated sector such as care or healthcare.
• A full driving licence, given regular travel between Cirencester and Camberley.
