Job Summary

Own and execute multi-channel marketing for Active Neuro, shaping campaigns across the customer journey to drive awareness, inquiries, and referrals, while coordinating partners, assets, events, and budget with data-driven optimization.

  • Growth and demand: plan and optimise campaigns across channels along the full journey.
  • Partnership and execution: manage agency partners, internal stakeholders, and assets including email, collateral, and content.
  • Measurement and governance: monitor KPIs, report insights, and ensure spend aligns with ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strong marketing strategies to support Active Neuro division
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across the full customer journey
  • Coordinate and manage external agency partners and support functions
  • Create, manage, and maintain marketing assets, external communications and initiatives including email, collateral and engaging content tailored to our target audiences
  • Drive our social media strategy for this division
  • Lead the planning and delivery of industry events, awards, sponsorships and customer engagement initiatives for your division
  • Partner closely with a range of key internal stakeholders including Business Development and Operations teams to support revenue growth and commercial objectives
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance KPIs, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities
  • Track and control marketing budgets to ensure spend aligns with approved plans and delivers measurable ROI

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional marketing qualification)
  • 7+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Experience within healthcare, neuro rehabilitation or marketing to our target audiences is highly desirable
  • Line management experience
  • Proven track record in successfully developing and delivering strong multi-channel marketing strategic plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Strategic, commercially focused communicator with clear, compelling written and verbal skills
  • Positive, adaptable, and proactive, thriving in a dynamic environment, with a focus on urgency to deliver quickly and effectively
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insight to guide decisions and improve results
  • Collaborative and influential, able to build trusted relationships at all levels

Preferred

  • Experience within healthcare, neuro rehabilitation or marketing to our target audiences is highly desirable
