Marketing and Leafleting Assistant

Responsibilities

• Distribute promotional leaflets in designated local areas.
• Promote the After School Club to parents, families and local residents.
• Identify suitable locations and opportunities for leaflet distribution.
• Communicate information about the club in a friendly and professional manner.
• Direct interested parents and potential customers to the appropriate contact details.
• Represent the organisation positively when speaking with members of the public.
• Complete agreed marketing and leaflet distribution activities within required timescales.
• Provide feedback on leaflet distribution and local marketing activities.

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable manner.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Comfortable speaking with members of the public.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.

Preferred

• Previous experience in marketing, leaflet distribution, promotional work, sales or customer service.
• Experience promoting services within a local community.
• Good knowledge of local schools, residential areas and community locations.
