Responsibilities

• Lead Generation (Primary Focus): Support and execute strategies to generate new leads
• Assist with SEO optimization (keyword research, on-page updates, blog optimization)
• Help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Research and test new lead generation ideas and channels
• Secondary Responsibilities: Support social media content planning and posting
• Assist with blog writing and content creation
• Help maintain consistency across digital platforms
• Contribute ideas for improving marketing performance

Requirements

• Strong interest in digital marketing and lead generation
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Ads (hands-on experience is a plus)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Creative thinker with an understanding of what captures attention online
• Highly organized and able to manage tasks independently
• Strong written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with content creation and social media platforms
• Previous internship, coursework, or personal projects in marketing

• $20–$23 per hour
• Approximately 6–7 hours per week
• Pay: $21.90 - $23.00 per hour
