Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Assisting on marketing projects, from new website launches to setting up new marketing channels
• Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure best practice e-marketing is established for all Brands and departments within relevant CRM platforms
• Developing initial draft articles for e-mails, online guides and websites, as well as proofreading content generated by others, ensuring attention to detail
• Supporting with basic website updates and monthly metrics reporting
• Monitoring the Marketing inbox, fielding requests to relevant team members and acknowledging enquiries
• Keeping the Marketing SharePoint in good order, ensuring materials are correctly labelled and filed and encouraging version control best practice amongst the team
• Supporting with social media posting in Facebook community groups and on company pages when team members are on holiday, or when additional help is needed around key launches, etc
• Supporting with team administration as required e.g. meeting room bookings, taking Marketing meeting notes, booking photography, catering, etc

Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and eager to learn
• A commitment to providing an excellent standard of service to the business
• Strong tech skills or an ability to pick up new tech platforms quickly (training will be provided)
• Willing to use AI for efficiency but not reliant on it – you need to know what makes good marketing first and foremost
• Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise own time and workload
• Ability to work well on their own and as part of a team
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate that they can write effectively for different audiences and have a good level of attention to detail in written communications
