Job Summary

Own the end to end marketing engine by planning campaigns, creating cross channel content, and optimizing assets for growth in awareness, engagement, and leads.

  • Content & Assets: produce blogs, social, email, site, and sales collateral that stay on brand.
  • Channel & Performance: run social, email, events, and launches with data driven optimisations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated marketing campaigns from planning to reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams to hit objectives for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage engaging marketing content across blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, and sales collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, designers, agencies, and suppliers to develop high quality marketing materials and support campaign delivery.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and optimisation of social media activity, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to grow audience engagement.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including segmentation, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Assist in developing product value propositions, customer personas, ICPs, key messaging, and sales enablement materials to support commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain marketing assets, collateral, and website content (WordPress preferred), and provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams to keep resources organized.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in a marketing role delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience using HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
