Job Summary

Campaign execution and content operations owner for integrated marketing across channels, with emphasis on brand, product marketing, email flows, and HubSpot automation.

  • Campaign orchestration: plan, run, and report on multi-channel campaigns that move engagement and leads.
  • Content and assets: develop blogs, social, newsletters, and collateral aligned to brand voice and messaging.
  • Marketing tech and audience: build workflows, nurture programs, and lists in HubSpot or similar platforms.

Job Description

Campaign execution and reporting across integrated marketing programs.

  • Lead, coordinate, execute, and report on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage brand and product marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop and contribute content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, website updates, and other marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business messaging.
  • Coordinate with designers and external suppliers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Assistant to plan and schedule social media content.
  • Monitor social media engagement and recommend opportunities to improve performance and audience growth.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, subscriber management, and performance reporting.
  • Utilise HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms) to build and manage workflows, nurture campaigns, and automation.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience in a marketing role with responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience using HubSpot (preferred) or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Preferred

  • HubSpot experience (preferred) or similar CRM
  • WordPress experience (preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (beyond HubSpot)
