Job Summary

You will own and coordinate Pathfinder’s on-site marketing and brand content, driving planning and delivery of campaigns, social media, events, content production, and partnerships, while supporting sales and partner relations.

  • Support social media, email, website updates, and digital advertising, and monitor performance

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & content: Support the planning and delivery of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communications.
  • Marketing & content: Assist in the creation of content for presentations and promotions
  • Marketing & content: Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and best practice
  • Marketing & content: Assist with the coordination of events, product launches and promotional activities
  • Marketing & content: Photograph and document builds, factory activity and completed homes for ongoing content
  • Marketing & content: Coordinate with our external video/creative agency on monthly shoots — briefing, planning, and turning footage into usable content
  • Marketing & content: Create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok; monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries
  • Marketing & content: Support content calendars and social media strategies
  • Marketing & content: Monitor and report on social media performance, engagement, audience growth and reach
  • Marketing & content: Assist with the delivery of email marketing campaigns, customer communications, and website content updates and optimisation

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm and work ethic — experience level is secondary to attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong social media skills, with an aesthetic eye for content and shoots
  • Confident, professional communicator — presentable and comfortable representing Pathfinder with clients and partners
  • Organised, able to juggle marketing, sales and relationship tasks in the same week
  • Full UK driving licence required (site visits and travel)
