Job Summary

Own and optimize partnership-driven growth across Spain and Italy, coordinating activation plans, content, events, and campaigns that move pipeline and brand awareness in the European market.

  • Partnership activation and multi-channel campaigns for Spain and Italy to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Content calendar ownership and production briefs to align with partner programs and brand narrative.
  • Event presence and federation/trade-show activity across Europe, with performance reporting to guide decisions.

Job Description

  • Responsibility 1: Support and nurture relationships with partnerships; develop and execute partnership activation plans and ensure plans are delivering against agreed activity.
  • Responsibility 2: Manage paid media partnerships and commercial partner relationships for European market
  • Responsibility 3: Attend events and sponsored tournaments as a TeamFeePay representative.
  • Responsibility 4: Own the content calendar (monthly schedules, toolkit distribution, and partner briefing).
  • Responsibility 5: Identify new partnership opportunities across Spain and Italy and support pitching and onboarding
  • Responsibility 6: Attend federation events and trade shows in Spain and Italy as a TeamFeePay representative
  • Responsibility 7: Build and execute campaign activity end to end for Spain and Italy.
  • Responsibility 8: Own organic social media for Spain and Italy.
  • Responsibility 9: Plan and manage events for the European region such as federation conferences, trade shows and customer activations.
  • Responsibility 10: Develop blog content, case studies, video content and content programmes for Spain and Italy that support pipeline and brand awareness
  • Responsibility 11: Manage the quarterly newsletter for European markets
  • Responsibility 12: Brief the Brand Team on organic creative needs for EU markets, providing clear direction on format, copy, and cultural context
  • Responsibility 13: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on content implementation across paid channels
  • Responsibility 14: Manage incoming sales enablement requests, briefing, routing, and tracking to completion.
  • Responsibility 15: Work closely with the Spanish and Italian sales and account management teams attending regular meetings, understanding pipeline, and feeding marketing activity back to the business.
  • Responsibility 16: Report on European marketing performance, partnership activity, and campaign results.
  • Requirement 1: Experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience across partnerships, content, and campaign management
  • Requirement 2: Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Italian is a strong advantage
  • Requirement 3: Experience marketing across multiple countries or cultures with European market experience essential
  • Requirement 4: Strong copywriting and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences.
  • Requirement 5: Confident managing external relationships (commercial partners, and suppliers).
  • Requirement 6: Experience briefing creative teams and managing third-party production suppliers.
  • Requirement 7: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a fast-moving market.
  • Requirement 8: A genuine interest in grassroots football and the communities around it. Football knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Requirement 9: Willingness to travel within Europe and the UK.
  • Nice_to_have 1: Experience in grassroots football or club/community sports
  • Nice_to_have 2: Multilingual communications beyond English/Spanish/Italian would be a plus
