Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Marketing and Campaigns
• - Support the execution of 360º marketing campaigns across exhibitions, fairs, pop-ups, collaborations and events.
• - Update the global marketing and communications department project management environments in Asana, along with various calendars and trackers.
• - Support coordination with regional teams in Paris, New York, and Los Angeles to align global marketing and communications campaigns.
• - Support the Marketing & PR Manager in daily administrative duties for the department.
• - Produce the monthly marketing report in collaboration with the Marketing & PR Manager.
• - Assist on strategic brand partnerships, brand presentations and market research.
• Events
• - Assist the Marketing & PR Manager in the coordination of events in London and our regional galleries.
• - Manage guest lists and track client engagement with our events.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years' marketing experience, ideally within the luxury, art or design industries.
• Ability to work across multiple projects of varying scope at the same time while maintaining composure and a strict attention to detail.
• Digital fluency and confidence across social platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and Facebook.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with impeccable spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with Asana, CRM or email marketing platforms is a strong advantage.
• Proven organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• A calm approach under pressure and sense of pride in the details of your work.
• A warm, professional manner and polished personal presentation.
