Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and sales.
• Assist with the development and implementation of local marketing campaigns across both restaurant locations.
• Carry out market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
• Help develop and expand The Biryani Centre’s B2B business, including corporate catering, events and business partnerships.
• Identify and research prospective corporate clients, local businesses, organisations and potential partners.
• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective business customers and help build ongoing B2B relationships.
• Develop marketing initiatives and materials aimed at corporate, catering and events customers.
• Support local partnerships, community initiatives, networking opportunities and promotional activity.
• Assist with campaigns designed to increase dine-in, takeaway, delivery, catering and event sales.
• Maintain and develop customer marketing activity, including CRM, loyalty and email communications.

Requirements

• Good understanding of marketing principles, customer acquisition and brand development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to carry out market and competitor research and identify new opportunities.
• Confident approaching prospective business customers and developing B2B relationships.
• Ability to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across different channels.
• Comfortable analysing campaign performance and customer response.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to contribute ideas for growing sales and attracting new customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related subject preferred.
