Job Summary
Own the social and multi-channel campaigns for a fashion-driven jewellery brand, translating trend insight into content and engagement while coordinating materials, partnerships, and performance reviews.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and deliver multi-channel programs across digital, social and email to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Social Content & Performance: Grow social presence, create content, analyse campaign results, and apply learnings to future posts.
- Partnerships & Materials: Manage affiliate efforts with the Ecommerce Manager and oversee print, event, and promo collateral.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer general enquiries and provide administrative and marketing support.
- Contribute to marketing plan development and execution.
- Coordinate print, production and distribution of marketing materials for stores, spaces and events.
- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, social and email.
- Manage Argento's social media trends, create content and analyse performance to raise engagement and brand awareness.
- Work with the Ecommerce Manager to manage affiliate partnerships and ensure campaigns deliver.
- Identify innovative marketing opportunities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitors and new channels.
- Analyse organic social performance and use insights to optimise future content.
- Respond to customer enquiries on social platforms and route to support when needed.
