Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of event marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent client brands professionally at local events, retail locations, and promotional activations
• Engage directly with customers and provide a positive, professional customer experience
• Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Help increase brand awareness through experiential marketing and face-to-face promotions
• Assist with daily campaign operations, event setup, execution, and reporting
• Work closely with the marketing team and Brand Ambassadors to achieve campaign goals
• Learn and apply effective marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies
• Develop strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence during all events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Available to work full-time, including some weekends for special events
• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Positive, motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Interested in marketing, events, sales, retail, customer acquisition, or business development

• Previous marketing or event experience is not required. Fully paid training is provided.
