Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for store promotions, events, and company initiatives.
• Establish creative direction and design digital and print marketing materials.
• Photograph and create video content featuring jewelry, products, employees, events, and the store.
• Plan, create, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage Shopify ecommerce merchandising, product presentation, collections, and promotional updates.
• Create website content and landing pages and coordinate website projects with our web developer.
• Coordinate with outside advertising partners on Google Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, VibeTV, and other campaigns.
• Create customer email campaigns and promotional text-message templates.
• Maintain marketing, content, design, and advertising calendars.
• Help coordinate the work of our in-house marketer and web developer.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, graphic design, ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong graphic design skills and a professional portfolio.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design software.
• Experience with photography and short-form video.
• Experience with Shopify or another ecommerce platform.
• Experience managing social media content.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Willingness to be hands-on and personally create, design, photograph, edit, write, organize, and execute.

Preferred

• Jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle-brand experience is a plus, but not required.
