Responsible for tracking and coordinating of digital campaigns and marketing calendar for various marketing channels such as email or mobile marketing from initiation to completion.

Job Qualifications
Three years of experience in marketing and/or project management. Prior experience with B to C consumer product and digital marketing to include emails, mobile and website graphics preferred, preferably in the retail industry.
Or
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in marketing and/or project management. Prior experience with B to C consumer product and digital marketing to include emails, mobile and website graphics preferred, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Plan and execute marketing plans for retail and community mobile app(s)
  • Generate new messaging and content to support marketing efforts, including SMS, push notifications, and in app messaging etc.
  • Performs testing of campaign and content management systems related enhancements
  • Content management system (CMS) experience is required
  • Experience with Campaign Management system for SMS/ Push notification
  • Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to and use changing technology
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign and Photoshop required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to set be a self-starter and set priorities in a fast-paced setting; able to handle multi-tasking well
  • Knowledge of retail/ ecommerce is a plus
Major Duties
Works with various groups not limited to buying, digital creative, CRM and merchandising leadership to keep creative deliverables moving smoothly through the production process.
Maintains calendars and monitors the flow of projects through various groups and departments. Coordinates, develops and maintains job schedules and alerts on delays.
Confirms job specifications and secures approvals on key dates and deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
