Job Summary
Own and optimize the marketing engine for brand and demand across digital, social, content, and performance channels in a remote-first UK leadership role.
- Growth Strategy & Demand Gen: Design multi-channel campaigns and scalable processes that tie brand, product messaging, and GTM plans to pipeline and new customer acquisition.
- Brand & Messaging: Own brand positioning and consistent market differentiation across markets and touchpoints.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics: Plan budgets, track performance, and translate market trends and campaign data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and demand generation
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, content, and performance marketing
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging consistency, and market differentiation
- Manage marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize results
- Lead external agencies, vendors, and creative partners as needed
- Build scalable marketing processes to support business growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and analytics tools
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in remote or distributed teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
Preferred
- Experience in fast-growing or international business environments
- Background in brand building and performance marketing balance
- Familiarity with SaaS, consumer, or multi-market organizations
