Responsibilities

• You\'ll serve as the organization\'s primary liaison to hospitals, strengthening referral partnerships while identifying opportunities to increase admissions and market presence.
• The ideal candidate has an established network of hospital case managers and discharge planners who trust them as a post-acute resource. If you\'re newer to the market, we\'re looking for someone with the drive and confidence to develop those relationships through consistent hospital outreach.

Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or liaison services
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Hospice, or another post-acute setting
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Self-starter who enjoys networking and spending time in the field
