Job Summary

Own multi-state growth implementation from landing pages to paid channels, with a data-driven CAC framework and a new membership program; you will hire and ramp specialists after proving ROAS.

HubSpot and attribution: strengthen workflows, lifecycle stages, and trusted reporting.
Paid channel lead: run and optimize state-specific Google and Meta campaigns and geo funnels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Take the keys on HubSpot. Deepen workflows, attribution, lifecycle stages, reporting we can actually trust.
Personally ship multiple new Armed Again landing pages for state-specific launches.
Run the Google + Meta ad accounts yourself. Optimize multi-state geo targeting and intent funnels we already have live.
Build the membership program from scratch — positioning, pricing, sales page, member portal, onboarding sequence.
Establish the metrics dashboard so we can answer "what''s our CAC per Armed Again client" with confidence.
Scale paid spend 3–5x as ROAS is proven.
Lead the Substack content engine and rebuild social (TikTok, Facebook).
Hire your first specialist (paid ads contractor or content lead) and manage them.
Launch Armed Again campaigns in additional states.
Help architect the multi-state expansion playbook for the criminal defense firm.
