Job Description

Responsibilities

Support core functions of the offer management lifecycle that could include, offer setup, data validation and peer review, offer publishing, data reporting, offer reconciliation, offer testing and testing system upgrades and code releases
Support day-to-day operations, ensuring data accuracy, process documentation, training and data reporting
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate offer setup, aligning with marketing or commercial strategies
Partner with key stakeholders on development and maintenance of campaign calendars and production timelines
Assist in auditing data feeds and business processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
Assist in troubleshooting offer issues and escalating technical concerns as needed
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency
Act as a technical subject matter expert for offer delivery in cross-functional initiatives and projects
Foster clear communication with cross-functional partners to support operational needs
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on data quality and process efficiency
Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making
