Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of MLS-owned customer programs, including the MLS Advantage Program, from initial coordination through completion.
- Coordinate supplier partner programs, promotions, and initiatives that create value for MLS customers and support their success.
- Work with supplier partners to identify available programs, marketing resources, content, and other opportunities and translate them into relevant activities for MLS customers.
- Coordinate the timelines, communications, materials, resources, participant information, fulfillment, and follow-up required to successfully execute MLS and supplier-sponsored programs.
- Serve as a dependable coordination point between MLS teams, supplier partners, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in program execution.
- Track participation, results, and key program details, providing useful feedback while developing increasing ownership of recurring programs and activities.
- Maintain and execute the recurring marketing calendar, incorporating MLS initiatives, supplier partner programs, promotions, events, and customer communications.
- Coordinate a light social media calendar, including the development, scheduling, and publishing of appropriate content.
- Support a regular customer email cadence, including drafting, coordination, scheduling, and basic performance measurement.
- Develop first drafts of customer communications, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, program coordination, events, project coordination, or a related area. Meaningful internship or collegiate experience will be considered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and details simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and refine customer-facing and internal business materials.
- High degree of digital fluency, including proficiency with common business applications and comfort using AI-enabled tools to research, organize, draft, refine, and accelerate execution.
- Comfortable coordinating with supplier partners, vendors, service providers, and customers in a professional manner.
- Ability to obtain quotes, evaluate alternatives, manage deliverables, and track basic program spending and performance measures.
- Ability to travel approximately 2–3 times per year as needed for customer events and programs.
- Ability to repetitively move product weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting, placing, pushing and pulling.
- Must live within an agreed upon location/geography
