Responsibilities

• Create and oversee content for digital and print channels, including websites, print publications, social media, email campaigns, videos, presentations, and trade show materials
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, product, and business goals across crop portfolios and geographies in the U.S.
• Translate technical, regulatory, and scientific information into accessible, farmer-focused messaging
• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, technology, regulatory and sales teams, as well as external agencies and corporate communications, to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
• Manage content calendars and deadlines across multiple portfolios simultaneously
• Maintain brand voice, visual standards, and messaging consistency across platforms
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry regulations and internal approval processes
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights
• Stay informed on agricultural trends, crop protection innovations, and industry communication best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in content creation or content management, preferably in agriculture, life sciences, or a similarly technical B2B/B2C industry
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in agriculture and/or chemical marketing
• Understanding of agronomy, crop protection, agribusiness and grower decision-making cycles
• Proficiency or greater experience with video production, and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce

Preferred

• Excellent track record of collaboration, written and spoken communication skills, and attention to detail
• Strong writing, editing, graphic design, organizational and storytelling skills
• Ability to understand and communicate technical and scientific information accurately
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while nurturing interpersonal relationships
• Awareness of agricultural production practices surround crop protection
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CMS, and content creation tools, including Salesforce
