Responsibilities

• Maintain files on Referring Doctors.
• Maintain Marketing Calendar.
• Define and maintain delivery routes.
• Make food and complimentary item deliveries to referring Drs.’ offices.
• Organize and administer referring Dr. / staff activities such as lotteries, lunch & learns, etc.
• Organize and administer Holiday related activities involving referring Drs.’ offices.
• Organize, plan and execute social and educational activities.
• Plan and arrange Dr. lunches with referring Drs.
• Maintain contact with referring Dr. staff.
• Implement other various marketing activities recommended by Levin Group.

Requirements

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be able to legally drive an automobile
• Must have own car for transportation
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
• Must have adequate manual dexterity to operate a computer
• Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English
• Must be able to communicate clearly and positively, both verbally and written
• Must be obviously comfortable greeting and meeting new people, and establishing professional relationships
• Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Must possess outstanding organizational skills
