Responsibilities

• Produce engaging content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
• Coordinate and oversee photography and video capture during activations and events
• Develop creative content that reflects the culture, energy, and identity of the LoveChild brand
• Write compelling copy for campaigns, event promotions, and digital communications
• Manage day-to-day social media activity and posting schedules
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand voice across all platforms
• Engage with audiences, respond to inquiries, and build community interaction
• Launch and manage digital campaigns that drive awareness and attendance
• Design promotional graphics and marketing materials for events and campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms and marketing assets

Requirements

• Experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing, and SEO principles
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• A creative portfolio showcasing prior design work, marketing campaigns, content creation, or brand projects

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, and HTML is a plus
