Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing research according to company’s need in order to identify industry trends, opportunities for promotion and growth
• Actively track and engage with customer feedback and reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and online communities such as Reddit to ensure timely responses and maintain a positive online presence.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy according to objectives and budget
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Set up and optimize website/company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Help with other project tasks as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS – Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Relevant Field
• 1+ year Marketing
• 1+ Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TIK TOK, WeChat)
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
• Mandarin Fluency
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Media: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must have a positive attitude with excellent multitasking ability, time management skills, and organizational proficiency.
