Position SummaryThe Napa Institute seeks a mission-driven, creative, and highly organized Marketing and Content Manager to advance our mission of equipping leaders and organizations at the intersection of faith, freedom, and the public square. The Marketing and Content Manager will expanding the Institute’s reach, strengthen its voice, and increase engagement across all platforms. This role combines strategic content leadership with hands-on marketing execution to ensure cohesive messaging, strong brand presence, and measurable audience growth. The Marketing and Content Manager will oversee content strategy, digital marketing, and program-related communications for both the Napa Institute and Napa Legal Institute. This individual will play a central role in shaping how the organization communicates its mission, programs, and thought leadership to national and international audiences. The ideal candidate is a polished and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and is passionate about advancing the Catholic mission in the public square. Work Environment- This position is based in the Napa Institute’s Washington, D.C. executive office. - Occasional travel to Napa Institute events or meetings outside the D.C. area may be required. - Flexibility for evening or weekend hours during major events or special projects.
