Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, senior centers, and other community partners throughout the Southgate and Northville areas
• Represent Oakbrook Senior Living at community events, networking functions, and referral source visits
• Conduct resident assessments to evaluate prospective residents' care needs and determine appropriate fit
• Manage inquiries and tours, guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions process
• Track referral activity, outreach efforts, and pipeline in support of occupancy goals
• Collaborate with leadership and house managers to align marketing efforts with community capacity and care capabilities
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly census and outreach targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior living marketing, community relations, or healthcare sales/business development
• Strong existing network within the healthcare or senior services community a plus
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfortable conducting resident assessments and working closely with clinical/care staff
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within designated territory
• Prior experience in Adult Foster Care, assisted living, or senior care strongly preferred
• Marketing: 5 years (Required)
