Job Summary

Own multi-channel communications craft and governance for regulated education content, turning strategy into concrete email and social campaigns with audience-based segmentation and strict compliance.

  • Campaign Ownership: Translate strategy into calendar-driven email and social campaigns with cross-brand consistency.
  • Content & Compliance: Write and edit messaging, adapt for each platform, and collaborate with design and product to validate disclosures.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage calendars, deliverability, segmentation, and QA across lifecycle, promotions, and launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Execute communications campaigns across email, organic social, and other owned channels
  • Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable campaign builds and messaging
  • Support campaign launches, promotions, product releases, and lifecycle initiatives across brands
  • Maintain and manage campaign calendars aligned to promotions, launches, and licensing cycles
  • Build, deploy, and QA email campaigns including promotional, lifecycle, transactional, and newsletter communications
  • Write and edit email copy, including subject lines, CTAs, and body content
  • Manage segmentation and personalization based on audience, lifecycle stage, and behavior
  • Maintain email templates and ensure consistency across brands
  • Monitor deliverability, list health, and audience performance
  • Plan, create, and publish organic social content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or regulated environments
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working across multiple projects, brands, or audiences
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly messaging
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
  • Experience in education, licensing, or compliance-driven industries preferred
