Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish marketing, communications, and training content to independent agents.
  • Prioritize creating affinity for Progressive Commercial Lines and driving quote starts.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Lines Agency Marketing & Communications team, Agency Distribution, Progressive’s in-house agency, key collaborators, and business leaders to keep content up to date and aligned with business strategy.
  • Contribute to the overall understanding of content performance and improve publishing workflows, assisting the team in establishing new processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field of study (i.e. Communications) and a minimum of two years related work experience (i.e., Marketing/Communications)

Preferred

  • Experience in account management on either the agency side or brand side, supporting technical products such as insurance, financial services, banking, healthcare, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing and communications strategy and lead projects independently.
  • Experience using Agile techniques for marketing. Agility in Marketing Certification (ICP-MKG or similar certification).
  • Proficiency in using new technologies such as AI to drive efficiency.
  • Experience implementing and using project management software, Wrike or Bootcamp.
