Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the organization’s marketing and communications calendar, coordinating messaging across campaigns, programs, and events.
  • Track marketing requests and projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals are organized and completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across internal teams and external creative partners.
  • Collaborate with external designers, agencies, and freelancers to develop marketing assets including digital graphics, promotional materials, presentations, and campaign collateral.
  • Work with external designers and creative partners to organize requests, provide direction, and manage revisions.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with The Beryl Institute brand and visual standards.
  • Assist with updates and content management for The Beryl Institute website.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with tracking marketing activities and campaign performance.
  • Help monitor metrics such as email engagement, website traffic, and campaign participation.
  • Support reporting efforts by helping organize marketing data and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing or Public Relations focus preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with external designers, vendors, or agencies.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing.
  • Marketo and Sprout Social experience a plus
  • Active engagement and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Healthcare industry and email marketing knowledge a plus
  • Team player with an understanding and focus on the delivery of unparalleled service
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Preferred

  • Experience with healthcare industry
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Familiarity with design tools beyond Adobe Creative Suite (beyond basic)
