Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing and communications projects from intake through completion
  • Help manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned across projects
  • Support trade shows, events, social media, website updates, sales collateral, and employer branding efforts
  • Assist with internal communications, employee announcements, newsletters, and leadership communications
  • Coordinate with creative resources, agencies, vendors, and internal partners
  • Help maintain brand consistency across materials and communications
  • Support photo, video, content, and campaign coordination
  • Use tools like Jira, SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and AI-enabled platforms to organize work and improve execution
  • Identify ways to make marketing and communication processes smoother, clearer, and more proactive
