Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Communications team across email, social, and campaign execution
  • Drive execution while also building and deploying campaigns as needed
  • Set clear expectations for quality, timelines, and performance
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to elevate team output
  • Own intake, prioritization, and traffic management across all communications work
  • Manage team bandwidth and allocate resources to highest-impact initiatives
  • Ensure the right work is moving at the right time across brands and channels
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep execution on track
  • Execute and oversee campaigns across email, social, and owned channels
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to priorities, and meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in communications, email marketing, or campaign management
  • 2+ years leading teams and managing cross-functional workflows
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear understanding of effective messaging
  • Experience managing high-volume campaign execution and competing priorities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred

  • Experience in multi-brand or regulated environments is a plus
