Job Summary

Support the Marketing Communications intern role for Summer 2026, helping plan events, webinars, and data tasks while coordinating with Sales and Product Marketing.

  • Assist with planning quarterly meetings, tradeshows, and external webinars from promotion through follow-up.
  • Undergraduate student pursuing marketing/communications with 20–25 hours/week summer availability.
  • Collaborate on lead sourcing, CRM/Power BI data tasks, and cross-team projects with Product Marketing Managers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help in planning quarterly business meetings and tradeshows.
  • Support internal sales lunch & learn training.
  • Assist with external client-facing webinars: promotional activities, live “day” of event and post-event follow up
  • Monitor and respond to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook messages
  • Assist with project management with the Product Marketing Managers
  • Support Sales team with sourcing and managing leads
  • Assist with data compilation from CRM and Power BI data sources, Create Excel files
  • Other various duties and projects within the Marketing department

Requirements

  • Undergraduate level pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, English, or other degrees that build strong written and communication skills.
  • Position will be up to 25 hours a week during the summer non-academic session, anticipated minimum of 20 hours per week.
