Job Summary

Own West region sponsorships end-to-end, from discovery and outreach to deliverables and post-event value, with budget-aligned recommendations and sales-facing communications.

Sponsorships & Partnerships: Own outreach, vet opportunities, and coordinate regional leadership alignment to drive attendance and impact.
Creative & Messaging: Develop ad copy with design support and manage deadlines to ensure timely, on-brand placements.
Operations & Compliance: Handle invoices, contracts, vendor management, and award submissions to protect value and transparency.

Job Description

Own West region sponsorships and partnerships from outreach to deliverables, aligning with business goals and budgets
Lead ad messaging and deadlines, working with graphic design and subject matter experts to craft creative ad copy
Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities in growth markets, delivering recommendations to regional leadership
Develop sponsorship communications end-to-end, guiding regional leadership on targeted distribution to sales for event attendance and engagement
Manage invoices, contracts, and vendor compliance across sponsorships and promotional products in the West region
Support sales with marketing assets, events, promotions, tradeshow materials, and swag coordination across offices
