Job Summary

Own brand communications and MARCOM support across digital and print, turning complex topics into clear copy and visuals for audiences across LinkedIn, the website, and external materials.

  • Manage brand voice, style, and assets while maintaining consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Own content calendar, posting schedules, and basic design work with Canva and Adobe tools to support senior leadership.
  • Coordinate proposals, white papers, and marketing collateral through cross functional inputs and leadership review.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and publish written communications: emails, public statements, online articles, website posts, internal announcements, and social copy
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all written touchpoints
  • Proofread and quality-check all outgoing communications before distribution
  • Create on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and AI-assisted platforms.
  • Support production of digital and print materials: social graphics, email headers, one-pagers, briefings, leave-behind materials.
  • Resize and optimize assets across formats and platforms
  • Turn a long-form document or complex topic into a single visual - an infographic, graphic, or image that tells the story at a glance and leaves an impression
  • Manage content calendar and post scheduling across LinkedIn, and the corporate website
  • Track engagement metrics and flag trends or opportunities to the Senior Director
  • Update and maintain the content of the website to include updated data points and corporate information
