Job Summary

Lead a multi-channel communications function that orchestrates content, digital presence, and member-facing events to grow engagement and foster an inclusive ARJE community.

  • Communications & Content: Own calendars, social, newsletters, and event promotions to deepen member connections.
  • Digital Presence: Maintain the website and GrowthZone integrations, updating content and ensuring accurate program reflection.
  • Member Experience: Coordinate virtual events and conferences while welcoming inquiries and upholding equitable, inclusive engagement.

  • Responsibilities: Own ARJE’s communications calendar, social channels, newsletters, and event promotions to strengthen member engagement.

  • Requirements: Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
  • Requirements: Experience managing social media platforms, email marketing systems, and websites.
  • Requirements: Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft and Google Suites, Zoom, and/or other digital engagement tools preferred.
  • Requirements: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Requirements: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Preferred: Experience in communications, marketing, digital media, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
