Marketing And Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing and commercial growth strategies.
• Generate new leads and identify business development opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Manage the sales and commercial pipeline from initial enquiry through to conversion.
• Plan and deliver digital marketing, social media, email and promotional campaigns.
• Create marketing content, proposals, presentations and commercial communications.
• Conduct proactive outreach through telephone, email, networking and other channels.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry events.
• Monitor marketing performance, leads, conversions and commercial KPIs.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, business development, commercial management, sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience generating leads and developing new business.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, ambitious and confident approach.
• Flexibility to attend meetings and events when required.
