Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the operational glue that keeps campaigns moving — tracking projects in Wrike, submitting creative and campaign requests, helping draft briefs, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • What You’ll Work On - Project & Campaign Management - Brief Development & Content Support - Reporting & Performance Tracking - Lead Tracking & Database Support

Requirements

  • Education
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Must be available to work a consistent schedule of 20 -29 hours/ week during the hours of 8am – 5pm PDT.
  • Must be able to come onsite to Irvine, CA

  • Strong interpersonal skills and savviness to learn new processes quickly
