Responsibilities

• Marketing & Social Media
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
• Develop monthly content calendars and assist with promotional campaigns.
• Create photos, short videos, product content, and other marketing materials for social media and digital channels.
• Support social media advertising campaigns and assist with managing marketing budgets.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, brand awareness, and qualified leads.
• Research competitors, industry trends, customer needs, and local marketing opportunities.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and assist with branding, product launches, promotions, and events.
• Visit local customers, glass shops, contractors, and other potential business partners as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional work experience required, preferably in marketing, social media, business development, customer service, sales support, or a related area.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Chinese proficiency is required.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand new products, processes, and business needs.
• Friendly, positive, and confident when interacting with customers both online and in person.
• Organized, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
