Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing automation and campaign operations, translating briefs into actionable workflows, powering multi-channel journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ensuring data-ready segmentation and governance to drive timely, compliant campaigns.

Campaign execution and lifecycle ownership focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, onboarding, retention, and performance monitoring.
Data and tooling collaboration to ensure correct data structures, feeds, and audience definitions for error-free delivery.
Platform governance and process improvement, maintaining templates, blocks, and best practices for scalable campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles, translate marketing briefs into technical workflows, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure all milestones are met for timely, high-quality campaign launches.
Build, launch and monitor multi-touch marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including lead nurture, onboarding engagement and retention campaigns.
Partner with the Data and Ops teams to ensure the right data structures, feeds, and integrations are in place to power journey logic and audience segmentation.
Use SQL to pull target audiences and troubleshoot issues to deliver campaigns that are error-free and drive value to the business.
QA all campaign components prior to launch to ensure error-free execution.
Monitor campaigns performance post-launch to ensure campaigns are performing as intended
Develop expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining templates, content blocks, and campaign development processes to contribute to platform governance, documentation, and best practice adoption.
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution
2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, using HTML and AMPscript to build dynamic email templates.
2+ years using SQL to query databases, build data extensions and troubleshoot audience or data issues
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution

Preferred

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
Background in B2B Marketing
