Own the early-stage marketing automation and experimentation agenda by shaping strategy, piloting AI-powered pipelines, and driving engagement through automated lead generation and optimization, while coordinating campaigns and measuring performance.

Job Description

Assist in building and improving our overall marketing strategy
Leverage AI tools to help create and optimize automated marketing pipelines
Support lead generation, outreach, and funnel automation initiatives
Research and test marketing approaches that improve engagement and conversions
Help streamline workflows and automate repetitive marketing tasks
Collaborate on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking

Based in Europe
Some background or exposure to marketing strategies that have worked for previous companies or projects
Interest in AI, automation, and modern marketing systems
Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to contribute ideas and work collaboratively
