Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, community engagement, or audience development.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing outreach strategies and community partnerships to successfully grow and diversify audiences.
• Experience building partnerships that support audience and revenue growth..
• Proficiency with digital marketing principles and platforms, including email marketing, social media engagement, website content management, and developing marketing plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple projects at one time
• Previous project management experience in marketing, community development, and/or performing arts, cultural organization, or non-profit sector.
• Experience planning and executing promotional events and activations
• Experience working with email marketing and automation services, such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Wordfly, or Prospect2 (preferred)
• Experience working with Content Management Systems

Preferred

• Previous project management experience in marketing, community development, and/or performing arts, cultural organization, or non-profit sector.
• Experience planning and executing promotional events and activations
• Experience working with Canva, PhotoShop, InDesign, and other Creative Suite programs
• Passion for and knowledge of dance and the performing arts a plus
